CrewKeeperField playbook
Use live with a prospect

Customer onboarding checklist + business map.

This is the mobile guide for selling and setting up CrewKeeper. It is intentionally plain: ask the questions, mark the boxes, leave with the next step.

30-second explanation

CrewKeeper catches the jobs your crew misses while they are working. It texts back missed callers, qualifies the request, flags emergencies, drafts owner-approved quotes from your price book, books the next step, and shows what turned into accepted quotes or paid revenue.

Do not sell it as:

Generic AI, a replacement for staff, automatic ESA filing, or a new field-service system they must migrate into.

Sell it as:

A local implementation layer around their existing phone, inbox, calendar, price book, and field software.

Customer handoff script

"CrewKeeper is now catching the calls you miss. It is not replacing your phone, calendar, or software. It texts back, qualifies the customer, flags emergencies, drafts the next step, and records what happened. You approve anything sensitive. At day 30 we will look at missed calls captured, quote speed, accepted quote value, and paid revenue."

Day-30 review

How the entire business works

  1. Acquire locally: call, visit, and message owner-led trades businesses in Niagara. Lead with missed calls and slow quote follow-up.
  2. Sell one workflow: founding package is C$750 setup + C$399/month for three months. Do not custom-build the universe.
  3. Implement remotely: configure CrewKeeper-hosted app, n8n, Twilio, calendar fallback, dashboard, and price-book rules.
  4. Run supervised automation: owner approves sensitive texts and quotes. Trusted transactional replies can become automatic later.
  5. Prove value: separate estimated opportunities, accepted quotes, and paid revenue. No inflated "AI saved you" numbers.
  6. Templatize: each client improves the electrical playbook. Then package for HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, property maintenance.
Rule of thumb:

If it does not help a contractor answer faster, quote sooner, book cleaner, or prove recovered revenue, it waits.
